Our Services
Our community’s scenic outdoor space, Bayside Park, is a place where residents can walk, visit, and attend events. As part of the rehab program, the outdoor space is used by patients for walking and exercising.
Our Rehab-to-Home unit offers private and semi-private rooms to patients. Our Rehabilitation program provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Monday-Saturday with an emphasis on maximizing function and overall wellness.
Each room is provided with many amenities including televisions for our patients.
Services
Advanced Wound Healing
We have a daily wound care team that offers skilled nursing services such as daily dressing changes, on-site debriments, and wound VACs, as well as a general surgical specialist who visits weekly to check on patients.
Long Term Care
Our facility provides long-term care to all eligible individuals. We strive to keep our long-time care residents active and engaged so they may continue to thrive in the Bayside community.
Short Term Rehabilitation
Our facility includes an in-house therapy team that is available Monday-Saturday. We are pleased to report that over 75% of our rehab patients return back to the community upon discharge from our rehabilitation program.
Memory Care / Specialty Care Unit
For residents requiring an increased level of care due to advanced memory loss and safety awareness, our facility offers a environment that provides the necessary supervision and care for these special needs.
